Joe Pekala

Joe is the Managing Partner of J. Pekala & Associates, Inc. Joe has specialized in Property & Casualty insurance markets since 1989. Joe’s primary focus is developing insurance programs for churches and non-profit religious organizations. He has developed regional and national group programs for various denominations. In recent years Joe has expanded his markets to include independent living communities and other non-profit organizations.

Throughout his career, Joe has been awarded by the nation’s leading insurers of churches and non-profit religious organizations the following: GuideOne's 2008 East Region Commercial Top Star, 1 Superstar Award, and 4 All-Star Awards 11 President’s Circle Awards, 6 Division Leader Awards.

Stan Pekala

Stan has specialized in Property & Casualty insurance since 1979. In addition to specializing in programs for churches and non-profit religious organizations, Stan focuses some of his efforts in commercial markets such as convenient stores, jewelry stores, and after-market automobile parts. This customer base was derived from members of church and non-profit organizations that our agency services. Stan has been a significant part of developing regional and national group programs for various denominations.

Throughout his career, Stan has been awarded by the nation’s leading insurers of churches and non-profit religious organizations the following: 20 President's Circle Awards, 6 Division Leader Awards, 1 Regional Representative of the Year Award, and 1 Rookie of the Year Award.

George Stemple

George has specialized in Property & Casualty insurance since 1980. George also focuses some of his efforts in other commercial markets such as contractor insurance, garage policies, and restaurants. He has been a significant part of developing regional and national group programs for various denominations.

Throughout his career, George has been awarded by the nations leading insurers of churches and non-profit religious organizations the following: 11 President’s Circle Awards. George has constantly been our agency’s top life insurance producer and expert.

Shannon Pekala

Shannon is a Partner of J. Pekala & Associates, Inc. She is responsible for overseeing the accounting, budget, tax, audit, and IT activities of the company. Shannon has a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. with a specialization in Accounting. Prior to joining our agency, Shannon spent 8 years as a Computer and Business Consultant with Deloitte & Touche, LLP and Business Systems Consultants, Inc.

Erin Rodgers

Erin is our Office Manager and is responsible for processing group account renewals and invoices, processing accounting transactions, developing office procedures, and providing customer service. Prior to joining our agency she spent 15 years in various positions at a large pharmaceutical company and 3 years as office manager for a produce wholesale business. She received the 2003, 2004, and 2005 Employee of the Year award for J. Pekala & Associates.

Jenel Fulmer

Jenel joined our agency in 2005 as our Administrative Assistant and is now a Customer Service Rep. She is responsible for managing policy renewals, supplying certificates of insurance, processing claims, and providing customer service. She has an Associates Degree in Computer Applications Management. She received the 2006 and 2007 Employee of the Year award for J. Pekala & Associates. Jenel is working to become a licensed insurance agent with J. Pekala & Associates.

Additional Field Staff

In addition to our sales and office staff, we have other field agents who perform on-site insurance evaluations and assist in the field service we provide to our customers.
